The Peace and Security Council (PSC) of the African Union (AU), on 21^st March 2019, followed a briefing by the Commissioner for Peace and Security, Ambassador Smaïl Chergui, on the situation in the Central African Republic (CAR), in particular the Talks held from 18 to 20 March 2019, in Addis Ababa, between the Central African Government and armed groups.
